About

Beautiful 8-bedroom, 7 1/2 bath 8200 sq ft mansion with a pool, BBQ grill, playground, and incredible movie theater room that seats 25. We welcome family reunions and business conferences. Our home has 20 beds and comfortably sleeps up to 25. We allow up to 30 guests. We have 8 TVs, pool table, basketball game, and ping pong. The pool is seasonal; spa is year round. We are 5 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival, 35 minutes to Brian Head Ski Resort, and 1 hour from Zion National Park.

Good to know

Our theater room seats 25! In our rec room downstairs, we have a pool table, ping pong table, and basketball game. Relax by the pool and let the kids play on the playground out back. Our back gate leads directly to a bike trail behind our home.

We do not allow weddings, receptions, or rehearsal dinners. The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood.

Neighborhood

Our property is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Our back gate opens up to a city trail that leads you right up to the mouth of Nichols Canyon. Take this 1 mile walk at night and you'll see breathtaking sunset views as far as the eye can see. It is truly an amazing location.

Guest Access

We have plenty of parking in our driveway and garage. We do not allow more than one or two cars out front. Please do not park in front of the neighbor's homes. Also note that require quiet hours outside after 9pm to keep the neighbors happy. (No late night talking/laughing in the Pool and hot tub as that upsets the neighbors).
